If the product you have selected does not ship internationally, you will see an alert after you select Estimate Shipping. The message will say "There was a problem retrieving your shipping quote. Unfortunately, one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address."

Canada Shipping Process and Costs

International Shipping is bound by country specific regulatory requirements and costs which impact how we will ship to each country.

For orders under 150 lbs., the shipping cost on your invoice and paid on the checkout page when you place your order reflects the transportation cost with the shipping company only (Fedex or UPS). The customer is responsible for paying all applicable provincial or federal taxes, duties and brokerage fees. For orders under 150 lbs., Fedex or UPS will serve as the broker. For orders over 150 lbs., please read the International Shipping Over 150 lbs. section.

Canadian Customers are required by Canadian customs law to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax) depending on what province you live in. A broker is required to present required customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf and charges a brokerage fee for this service. Depending upon the value of your order and whether the purpose is for commercial or personal use, additional clearance fees may be charged. Fedex and UPS will require payment of all charges: Taxes, Duties, Brokerage and Clearance Fees at the time of delivery. You can call each shipper in advance of delivery to make payment. Once we accept your order and process payment for the order and shipping cost to your destination, we are not responsible for any additional costs. We highly recommend that you conduct your own research on what taxes, duties or other clearance fees may apply to your purchase. Again, for orders over 150 lbs, we will work with you on the costs and process as outlines under the International Shipping (Over 150 lbs.).
