Returns Policy

1. Warranty Returns

Product warranties are provided by our manufacturing brands and are limited to the original manufacturer's warranty. As such, Aris Industrial must follow our manufacturer's policies in obtaining an authorization for a Warranty Return. In addition, each of our brands have their own warranty and their own policies for acceptance and allowable timing for warranty returns.

Warranty Returns cover products that are defective and not working as they should per the manufacturer's stated limited warranty. The typical manufacturer warranty requires that products be returned upon approval within 30 days of the original order. To ensure customer's requests for warranty returns meet the manufacturer's warranty period, we require all requests for Warranty Returns be made within 8 business days of the receipt of your order.

Please open your orders as soon as they arrive to ensure defective products can be returned under a warranty RMA. Read the Return Process below on how to file a return. Once we receive your Warranty Request, we submit your request to the manufacturer for approval. Their approval of a qualified warranty return can take up to 2 weeks to approve. Upon approval of the Warranty RMA Request, you will be provided with the Authorized RMA# via email along with instructions to follow to return the product. Once the defective item has been returned and received, a replacement product will be shipped to you. You will not be responsible for the shipment of the replacement product.

Please follow the Aris Industrial Returns Policy Criteria and Returns Process below. Aris Industrial reserves the right to reject and / or cancel a return authorization if the Aris Industrial Returns Policy Criteria and Returns Process is not followed.

2. Exchange Returns

We highly recommend customers to open their orders upon receipt to ensure that have received the right products, the right colors and the right size.

Exchanges are defined as replacing a like for like product and the only difference and reason for the return request is to change the size or color. A like for like product means the product that is sent back to the customer will be the exact same model number of the product in the original order. Requests for another product model or similar product does not qualify as an Exchange Request.

All Requests for Exchange Returns must be submitted to Aris Industrial within 8 business days of the receipt of your order. Requests for Exchanges after 8 business days of receipt of your order will be declined. Upon approval of the Exchange RMA Request, you will be provided with the Authorized RMA# via email along with instructions to follow to return the product. Once the item has been returned and received, a replacement product will be shipped to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the exchanged product and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send you back the exchanged product.

3. Request for Refund Returns

All Requests for Refund Returns must be submitted to Aris Industrial within 8 business days of the receipt of your order. Requests for Refund Returns after 8 days of receipt of your order will be declined. All Requests for Refund Returns have a 25% restocking charge. This charge will be deducted from your refund amount.

Upon approval of the Refund RMA Request, you will be provided with the Authorized RMA# via email along with instructions to follow to return the product. Once the item has been returned and received, the refund will be issued within 3 business days to the card used to pay for the original order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

Aris Industrial Return Policy Criteria

We highly recommend you use our Sizing Charts throughout our website to ensure you're garment orders fit upon arrival. We also highly recommend you open your order immediately to ensure you meet the eligibility timeline for returns and exchanges. Please open your order immediately upon receipt to ensure there are no shortages, damage and that your clothing orders fit. This Returns Policy criteria applies to all 3 types of Returns outlined above.

To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, products must meet the following criteria:

1. Products cannot be washed, altered or worn.

2. Products must have the original tags and labels.

3. Products must be in the original packaging and contain original packing materials.

4. Products must be in the original purchase condition.

5. Products must be in salable condition.

6. Customized products and custom / special orders are not eligible for return.

7. All RMA requests must include the reason for the return or exchange.

8. All RMA requests must include an image of the default, flaw or damage, as well as, an image of the entire product and an image of the label.

This Return Policy Criteria applies to Warranty Returns, Exchange Returns and to Refund Returns.

Aris Industrial Return Process

Please note that we do try to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. All requests for Returns and Exchanges (Warranty Returns, Exchange Returns and Refund Returns) must be submitted via our RMA form to Aris Industrial Supply. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request must follow our Returns and Exchanges Policy Criteria above and be approved by Aris Industrial before any returns will be accepted.

1. To find the RMA Form, log into your Account on arisindustrial.com. Find the order for the product you want to return and select Request a Return by the product. Then complete the form following our process and policy criteria.

2. Images of your product should be emailed to CutomerCare@ArisIndustrial.com. Please ensure your "Order # RMA Request Images" is in the Subject Line

3. Upon receipt of your RMA request, we will review your submission and acknowledge receipt within 4 business days.

4. Upon approval of your RMA request, we will provide you with the Approved RMA # and instructions for you to return the product. If your RMA request does not meet our Returns and Exchanges Policy criteria, we will notify you that your RMA request has been declined.

5. Once your RMA request is approved and the return instructions are sent to you, the product must be received by Aris Industrial within 8 business days.

6. Products returned without an approved RMA # will not be accepted for return and will not be issued a credit.

7. Products returned without following the instruction to clearly display the approved RMA # on the package will not be accepted for return.

8. Please place insurance on your package for shipment when returning under an Approved RMA #. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items through the return process and we will not issue refunds for lost items or damaged packages.

9. If the instructions require you to create a shipping label, please send us the RMA tracking number on the label of your return shipment to ensure your RMA request is processed efficiently.

Note: Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Aris Industrial reserves the right to cancel a return authorization and to reduce a credit amount if the returned product is different from a customer's return request explanation and provided images. Aris Industrial reserves the right to reject a return request, cancel a return authorization and to reduce a credit amount if our Return Policy criteria is not followed or met. This Returns Process applies to Warranty Returns, Exchange Returns and to Refund Returns.
