Ordering

How to Find a Product?

There are several ways to search for a product on the Aris Industrial Website.

Navigate to the following locations:

1. Go to Main Menu Categories at the top of the website on the Blue Menu Bar. There you will find a drop-down menu of sub-categories.

2. Type a keyword in the Search Bar at the top of the website such as the product name, sku or other key word. 

3. Go to the Filters on the left-hand side of the website to search by specific criteria such as a product category, brand, size, color and more.

4. You may also Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you in your search.

How to Place an Order?

There are 2 ways to place an order on the Aris Industrial online Store

1.  Go to a Product Page, Select the Options from the drop-down Menus. Ensure you have the correct quantity selected and then click Add to Cart. You can then proceed shopping or proceed right to your cart for final review. If you're ready to check out, proceed to the checkout page to input your credit card, address and billing information. Note: If you decide to change the product options you want while on the product page, make sure you start fresh and deselect all of your original chosen options before you select new options.

How do I buy a Gift Certificate?

To buy a Gift Certificate

 1. Go to the Footer of the site and select Gift Certificates or Select this Gift Certificates Link. Compete the information required on our Gift Certificate Form including your name, the name and email address of the recipient and the amount you want to be the value of the Gift Certificate. Make sure you check the box "I agree that gift certificates are non-refundable", select the General Theme and then Add Gift Certificate to Cart as you would do when buying other products. 

2. Then proceed to shop on the site or checkout and pay for your purchase.

How do I Use my Gift Certificate?

To redeem a gift certificate at Aris Industrial Supply LLC, follow the simple steps below. 

1. Shop on the Aris Industrial Website and add Items to your cart.

2. On the Cart View of your order you will see all the products you have added to your cart and wish to buy.

3. On the bottom right hand side, Select Gift Certificates above the Checkout Now Button.

4. Add your unique Gift Certificate Code from the Top of Your Gift Certificate in the available field and select Apply. If you bypass your cart and go directly to the Checkout Page, you can apply your Gift Certificate Code on the left hand side of the Checkout page as well. 

How do I use a coupon?

1. On the Cart View of your order you will see all the products you have added to your cart and wish to buy. 

2. On the bottom right hand side, Select Add Coupon above the Gift Certificate.

3. Add the Coupon Code in the available field and select Apply.  If you bypass your cart and go directly to the Checkout Page, you can apply your Coupon Code on the left hand side of the Checkout page as well. 

Do you offer customization like adding logos to products?

We do not offer products for customization at this time but we will be adding this capability throughout the coming months.

Do Customers have to pay sales tax? 

Aris Industrial will only charge sales tax for online sales if a customer resides in the same state as the Ship from Address.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and PayPal as forms of payment on ArisIndustrial.com.  We accept orders from the United States and around the world. All payments including all International orders will be in U.S. dollars.  We also accept wire transfers for International Orders. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has been received in full.

If you would like to set up an Account with us, please Contact Us to establish credit for Net 30 Terms. Credit will be approved up completion of our form and a credit check.

How can I get a copy of my paid invoice?

1. Log into "My Account" and select orders.

2. Click on the order you're inquiring about.

3. On the right-hand side of the Order Page, click on the Red button labeled, Print Invoice

When will order charges show on my credit card?

Once you select the Place Order button on the Checkout Page, your credit card is charged. Depending on the type of credit card you have, charges may show up immediately or it may take 2-3 days.

I don't understand the charges on my invoice.

If you have questions regarding the charges on your invoice and credit card, please Contact Us for customer assistance.

How do I find the cost of my shipping? 

There are 3 ways to find your shipping cost.

1. After purchasing your products, go to the Cart View where all of your products and costs are listed. Go to the bottom right-hand side of the cart page under Subtotal and find Estimate Shipping.

2. If, at any time, after you have placed your order, you want to find the amount you paid for shipping on one of you orders, you can simply log into "My Account" and select your order to find the shipping cost.

3. You can also find the shipping cost on past orders by looking in your email for the Invoice that was emailed to you when you placed your order.  Your invoice will also have the shipping cost of your order.

4. For International Orders, there are 2 options for determining your shipping cost. For small international orders, you will be able to go to the Cart View of your order and estimate your shipping costs or you can obtain your shipping costs on the checkout page before you place your order.

5. For large International orders, you may see a shipping message on the cart page or checkout that say "Proceed – We’ll contact you with a shipping quote".  No Shipping Costs will be provided. Will contact you within 48 hours to arrange shipping logistics and finalize the shipping cost.

6. For large International orders where no shipping estimate is available, please proceed with your order and payment. Your final cost for shipping will be on a separate invoice and will require payment in full per our discussions before we will ship your order.

Has my Order Shipped?

Customers will receive email notifications when orders have been shipped.

You can also log into "My Account" or " Order Status" or "Track My Order" and then select the order to determine whether you order has shipped. Your Orders Status can be found on the upper right side of each order and will say Shipped if your order has been sent to you.

When will my Order be shipped?

The ship date varies and depends on the product being ordered, seasonal demand and whether it's in stock. The standard fulfillment interval for most products to ship from the time the order is received is 1-5 days.

Please note that some products could take as long as 5 -7 days to ship once an order is placed but this interval lead time is rare. Seasonal demand, however, may impact ship lead times. Please log into "My Account" to check your order status and see whether your order has been shipped.  You will receive an email from Aris Industrial with the shipment tacking number when your order has shipped.

If orders are delayed for shipment beyond our intervals, we will contact customers to notify them. We do try to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Note:  While we offer a variety of shipment speeds for customers to choose from, you should add in the above mentioned fulfillment intervals to your overall shipping speed interval in determining when you want your order to actually arrive. Payment in full must be received before any order will ship.

We will contact international customers with orders in excess of 150 lbs to finalize shipping arrangements and final shipping costs. Once agreement has been arranged for International shipping, we will deliver your order per the agreed upon shipping terms.

Your orders may ship from our warehouse but we may also ship direct from a factory.  Please ensure you check all delivery slips prior to refusing incoming shipments or calling about missing orders.

How to Tack My Order

Customers will receive email notifications when orders have been shipped.

You can also log into "My Account" or "Order Status" or "Track My Order" and then select the order to see the status of your order. Your Orders Status can be found on the upper right side of each order.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Once an order has been placed, please call us to reduce the quantity of your order within 12 hours.  After the 12 hour mark, quantity reduction or order cancellation may not be possible if the order has already shipped. Additions to orders should take the form of a new order on the site.

My order has not Arrived.

If you're still waiting on your order, the first thing you should do is log in to "My Account" or " Order Status" or "Track My Order" and check the status to see if your order shipped.

Select the Order in question and look at the order status in the top right-hand side of the page. If your order status says Awaiting Fulfillment or Awaiting Shipment, this means your order has not been shipped to you yet.

Then check your email to determine whether you received an email from us on the status of your order.  You may also Contact Us for Customer Service.

If you're Order Status says Shipped, and your tracking number is there, check with the shipper to confirm whether your package was delivered or not or where it may be in the process.

If the Shipper shows your order for all products as being delivered to your address, Contact Us for further assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If you're still waiting on an item in your order, the first thing you should do is log in to "My Account" or " Order Status" or "Track My Order" and check the status to see if all products in your order shipped.

Select the Order in question and look at the order status for all products in the top right-hand side of the page. If your order status for the item in question says Awaiting Fulfillment or Awaiting Shipment, this means your order has not been shipped to you yet.

Then check your email to determine whether you received an email from us on the status of your order.  You may also Contact Us for Customer Service.

If you're Order Status for all products on your order says Shipped, and your tracking number(s) are there, check with the shipper to confirm whether all of your packages were delivered or not or where they may be in the process.

If the Shipper shows your order for all products on your order as being delivered to your address, Contact Us for further assistance.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

Please Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you think you received the wrong product.

When will my backorder arrive?

The arrival of backordered products is not always easy to predict. If a product you've ordered is on backorder, it means that we can't deliver to you on time as the Manufacturer of that product has also ran out of inventory and is in the process of manufacturing more of this item. In these situations, there are various shipping intervals. Many suppliers are waiting for the product which makes it very challenging to give our customers an estimated time of delivery early in the process.

When you place an order with Aris Industrial Supply, we will notify you if a product is on backorder and do our best to communicate with you and keep you updated on the status of the backordered item. If you decide to wait for backordered products and keep your order in place, we will keep you updated as much as we can and we will ship to you as soon as its available.  You can also choose to cancel your order for backordered products.

How do I return my product? 

For Information on returning a product, select Returns on the bottom left hand side of the home page to view our Returns Policy and how to return a product.

I returned a product and want to know when the credit will appear on my credit card account.

Aris Industrial will process credits per our Return Policy in the most efficient manner possible. Our return process could take up to 14 business days from the time an item is return and received. Once we approve a credit and post it to your account, it still may take anywhere from 3-10 days for the credit to post to your credit card account. This largely depends on your credit card company.

How do I Create and Edit My Account? 

Customers can easily create an account on ArisIndustrial.com

1. Go to the top of site or the bottom of the site and click on "My Account" or create an Account at checkout.

2. On the Account Sign In Page, select "Create Account"

3. Then add in the required information and select "Create Account"

Creating an Account on ArisIndustrial.com allows our customers to check out faster, view order history, track orders and obtain order status. Your information is always confidential and we do not sell customer data to other companies. You can edit your account information at any time by logging into "My Account" and selecting your Addresses and then Edit or go to your Account Settings, changing your information and select "Update Details". You may also Close your Account at any time.

How do I reset my Password?

There are two ways to reset your password.

1. If you know your current password and would like to change it, go to "My Account" and then go to Account Settings, update your password and click on Update Details.

2. If you have forgotten your password, go to "My Account" and Select Forgot Password to create a new password.

Customer data is housed on our hosted solution's encrypted servers in a secure Data Center with encrypted firewalls. We make every attempt to secure your data and we will never sell your personal data to another company.

Where will my Credit Card data be stored?

Aris Industrial Supply LLC uses Authorize.net to process and store your credit card data for future payments. Customers have the option during the checkout process to check a box to save their credit card data. Saving your credit card data and using for future payments allows you to move quickly through the checkout process.Authorize.net is PCI compliant and offers the highest level of security for credit card data.
